The When? Now It’s time, We are the Ones we have been waiting for

MOVING FROM FEAR YIKES!  TO FEARLESS YIPPEE!

The first and most important thing for me personally is to stay out of fear. Fear makes me shut down, freeze, collapse.

Moving from fear Yikes! to fearless Yippee!

We’ve been programmed to fear the unknown, fear of not having shelter, food, water. Fear of our safety, and that of loved ones, children, family, friends. It shuts down all our Creativity.

For me the best way to break this cycle is to breathe in my nose and out my mouth very slowly – this I learned from one of my greatest teachers – Drunvalo Melchizedek. If I need to go deeper, I hum. Simply hum first the Om sound, 3 then the Aah, then EEe (3 times each.) These tones calm me right down especially when I get to the EEes.  When I can, I go outside, stand barefoot on Mother Earth, this immediately takes me out of reactivity.  If I still can’t shake it, I take a nap. 20 minutes later, I set my intention to wake with a fresh feeling of hope, trust, clarity, power and purity. I wake fearless, ready for action, strong and wise.

We are survivors. Many of us are connecting the dots. We are not believing the dogma, the narrative told to us; buy the news, our government, our families. We are seeing beyond the illusion of the matrix. We ARE waking up to the Truth – the sleeper has awoken – we are the ones we’ve been waiting for!

 We are receiving information at light speed (faster than that – at ludicrous speed) all the time, especially when not distracted by the dramas, created to keep us off balance. When we sleep, we receive updated instruction and training. We have trained here and elsewhere, many lifetimes for this most auspicious project. The Freedom Project. We were all chosen a long time before we walked into this lifetime. We each have different gifts, talents and abilities. We’ve come together like a perfect puzzle. A Collective Consciousness of unlimited co-Creations. It’s time to live and breathe in expanded Consciousness.

It’s imperative to pause, and ask ourselves: are we living the life we choose or are we living the program created for us to follow?  Remember nothing is impossible. Remember who YOU really are. These are extraordinary times, it’s not a phrase of destruction, but a period of Awakening and Divine Shift.

LOVE: THE GLUE THAT HOLDS IT ALL TOGETHER

Love conquers fear and unity supersedes division in this incredible journey. Your senses begin to open more and like a fine-tuned piano to the new expanded broader frequencies, your vision expands, allowing us to see things we’ve never noticed before, We see the unseen. In these changing times we may feel some physical and emotional glitches from time to time. Some call these ascension symptoms; we are changing on all level’s way beyond our awareness. We are letting go of all that no longer serves us.

ONCE FROZEN IN FEAR NOW DEFROSTED INTO BRIGHT LUMINOUS SUNS STARS, PATTERNS OF PERFECTION

Do not fear, accept this as forward movement. Let it go, drop the baggage, the illusions, the fear. Change is the gift.  It’s time to honor and love yourself for choosing to move forward, love of self and every cell in this human form. Your physical and non-physical self, and remind yourself you were Divinely chosen for this assignment. You can do it – JUST DO IT.

I DREAMED A DREAM. . .

Ah dreams, my dream is to co-Create Heaven on Mother Earth. To love myself, others and life’s adventures and do the job I came here to do, my Soul’s purpose. To live every day in the direction of my dreams. To restore beauty, harmony, balance, peace, joy, laughter, song, poetry, art, love, peace, nature in our daily lives. This restorative power that we can recreate in our bodies and environment. This can be demonstrated and shared energetically in these explosive energies. These are chaotic times; ascension IS taking place. We are becoming even more multidimensional.

FINDING COMFORT IN NATURE AND MY BREATH

You may feel very uncomfortable as the pains of ourselves and our ancestors, our shadows, come up to the surface. Stop, take a deep breath, remember who you really are – a great pillar of Light. Confront your fears and failures remembering that all those are only FEEDBACK for your learning and discernment freeing you to move forward.

You may lose some family, friends, change homes, while dissolving all outdated patterns.  You are replacing the pain and fear of yesterday. A gentle wave will come over you, as you come into your newly transformed, upgraded new you. A multidimensional Being of Love and Light. When you reach this new level; you realize this is the dream you have been dreaming for so very long. When you step out of fear, fiercely hold on to this new vision. Your old life isn’t collapsing, it’s transforming from one life to another. Your Soul starts to crave depth and adventure, the superficial disappears, this is your gift for all the work you have done.  You ascend Spiritually, you become fluent in a new language, a language that not only permeates every cell of your body, but everything around you – All That Is.

TIME TO STEP UP TO THE PLATE.

Time to prioritize yourself – it isn’t selfish. You may become extinct – if you do not.

If you don’t maintain your equilibrium, WHO will? You’ve become a pillar of Light. This pillar is at core level, allowing you to source new levels of Creativity for yourself and others as these new frequencies come in, so do new ideas, places, opportunities and adventure. This balance of your masculine feminine, head and heart Creates a persona of great new possibilities.  Your mental health is your wealth – Creating new realities all around you – dreams you never even imagined before and wisdom to move forward.

YOU BECOME A PILLAR OF LIGHT, A LIGHTHOUSE THAT GUIDES SHIPS IN THE DARK WATERS

MOVING ENERGIES AND PEOPLE WITHOUT EVEN SPEAKING A WORD, GUIDING THEM TO SURVIVE AND THRIVE

When the world gets too violent, loud and distracting, I’m called to walk, barefoot in the ancient waters of the ocean or forest or mountains. They call me – these ancient ones -that have cradled life for so long.  Nature nurtures and knows your Soul and knows you are here for the greater good of all – for the shift of the ages. You being here now is purposeful. We knew what we came here to do. We knew it wasn’t going to be easy, we also knew we could do it. As Bluestar once said so eloquently “Do What You Can, When You Can.”

Nature serves all of us by recalibrating our energies. She assists us to align to a more balanced frequency, enabling deeper insights, wisdom, and knowledge. If you can not get out into nature, close your eyes and align with your Higher Self and these benevolent ancient energies. Embrace them, they are here, there, everywhere, increasing in numbers, moment by moment. Ask for help, solutions will appear. Dream a new multidimensional reality into existence. You Create a symbiotic relationship with the Earth – she nurtured you and loves. You love and nurture her back to rise above, with comfort, ease and grace. Co-Creating Heaven on Earth.

YOU CANNOT FAIL IF YOU DO NOT TRY.

Humanity’s survival depends on You, and all of US. “The time is now, to do what YOU can really do.” (sing it) “The time is now, to see what WE can really do…”

We can no longer put our heads in the sand. We must become our Higher Self. Are you Wise enough to know? “It’s Now or Never.”

WE ARE UNSTOPPABLE

We must protect ourselves. That means not listening to our seeking advice from friends, family, church or governments. For eons we’ve been programmed to dishonor ourselves. We believed we were powerless with no control. We didn’t even trust our own guidance, our intuition. In our ignorance, we gave our power away. Now we are realizing we are Divine and, Oh so powerful, and UNSTOPPABLE. 

These waves of energies coming in now, are explosive and unstoppable. We are doing deep clearing, healing, for ourselves, our ancestors and future Souls.

This will open the doors, open new portals for new Creations, new inventions, expand Consciousness, new visions in all aspects of life. We need to come together now, One race, One heart, One mind, ONENESS, NOW.

KEEP SELF IN HIGHER VIBRATIONS

RISE ABOVE

Keep yourself at a higher frequency, walk with courage, think multidimensionally. Rise above, stay in harmony and balance. When someone throws a curveball, step aside, don’t knee-jerk with anger and retaliation. Stay balanced, in peace, use your Divine higher mind and your heart. Rise above, soar above the fray. It’s not easy. We can and we Are doing it. It feels so magnificent to fly above and view from our multidimensional perspective. We can reach and pull ourselves and others out of disharmony.  Our biology is wired for these times. Trust. We are in it now; the cards are stacked in our favor. We are a global community now, and getting stronger and stronger. We stand on the shoulders of our ancestors, we have their wisdom embracing us, along with our knowledge – we can, we must, move forward. . .  there is no turning back.

JUST DO IT

If we do nothing, we let fate take us, like a rolling stone. We will not be stepping into our Divine Destiny. Take charge, take up your sword (a metaphor, for most, not a real sword) and Fight for your right for Freedom for Yourself and ALL Future Souls.

Our fate is what is waiting for us. If we let this ball roll aimlessly. Our destiny is to achieve our greatest potential.  There is a battle, an ancient battle on this planet, between good and evil. To win, we must become the best versions of ourself in this human form. It’s time to claim our Divinity.

SOUL HEART MIND

Dismantle and burn with the violet flame all old beliefs, old dogmas., No more competition only cooperation, no more conquering or warring. Delete, delete all obsolete programming. Clear the slate – wipe it clean.  A complete overhaul of ALL systems.  Ruled now by higher mind, high heart and Soul.

WE ARE ONE FAMILY

We are one family with God, all Divinity and all Luminescence. We are now streaming over fast-moving waters, unchartered realms. New Dimensional doorways and portals are appearing in front of us. We are reaching new heights, new thoughts, new unlimited expansions of unfathomable potential possibilities.

What do you do now? Start by loving yourself, cherish and honor our whole holy bodies and others unconditionally. Come together as one holy human family on Earth. If you don’t want this new reality, well, I guess it’s time for you to jump off this rocket ship that’s blasting through new Dimensional doorways, through new Dimensional space – you will no longer be tolerated nor will you be able to be in this New Earth vibration that’s now occurring, it will be intolerable to your lower vibration.

In conclusion hold onto your hats, get balanced, grounded. Mr. toads, wild ride is making some quick bumpy erratic moves. Be discerning of who you listen to, what you watch, where you go -with every word, thought, actions and deeds. Be protective of self, home space and where you go – protect yourself.

Remember, you are Creating a portal bridge to Heaven from Mother Earth. Let go of all your baggage, go clean like a sweet innocent baby, born anew, Creating and accessing your new life. Your new world.

Sing it: “It’s a brand-new world!”

A new portal will be there, that was not there yesterday or five minutes ago. A portal will open when you change your thoughts, you will experience things you never imagined possible. The impossible becomes possible, the possibilities are endless and forever yours. You will Create new Dimensional doorways for you, your ancestors and future generations to walk through and allow other holy ones to enter your holy life.

The floodgates of Heaven have opened. Hallelujah!

Don’t forget to say The Christ Consciousness mantra. Run White Light and Golden Christ Light and God particles through everything, the Earth, all life here, all the elements, your phone, computer, home, 5G towers, everything DAILY.

Remember DO WHAT YOU CAN, WHEN YOU CAN

To live every moment in the direction of your dreams

Fiercely hold onto that dream

Catherine – OMG I was so hoping it was understandable and not too confusing. I started writing the next day after our last call on pieces of paper and then every time I had a thought I wrote it on a piece of paper and wrote it in the notebook that I have just for this project and I had like 22 pages all over the place Put them together, and I started to write but I didn’t have pages on my laptop took me hours to load it the next day it was gone wasn’t saved !!

So, I did it again via email over 2 days and it was so erratic because it was jumping all over the place cause I’d read one of the 22 page and say oh yeah oh yeah, so …it did come together but it seems so…  Like a puzzle. Usually, I can just sit down and write stream of consciousness, but this was weird. I think it’s the energy on the planet right now it’s so intense.
